○ Real Estate Market Trend

- The average land price of Korea, which soared to 8.98% in 2002 and to 3.43% in 2003, has been also increased to 3.22% during last year.
- The apartment sale price showed a 9.6% increase, and the rental price showed a 0.4 % decline in 2003.
- The apartment sale price showed a 0.2% decline, and the rental price showed a 2.1 % decline in 2004.
­-­ There was not any significant increase in transaction volumes of existing housing, especially in the Seoul Metropolitan Area.
- The apartment transaction volumes was increased by the year of 2002, and showed a decline in the years of 2003 and 2004.

○ Real Estate Market Prospect in 2005

- The stability in the real estate market of Korea is expected to be continued this year.
- The housing market will be stable with a price decline and land market will be with a little price increase.
